1. This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. CRL.M.A.19678/2024 in CRLA.196/2024

2. The present application has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 on behalf of the ld. Counsel for the Appellant in CRL.A. 196/2024 titled Umakant Yadav v. State NCT of Delhi.

3. Vide the present application, the Ld. Counsel for the Appellant/Applicant is seeking addition of his name i.e., Mr. Harinath Ram, Advocate in the appearance in the judgment dated 2nd July, 2024.

4. Ld. Counsel-Mr. D.B. Goswami submits that on 2nd July, 2024 he had appeared as a pro bono arguing counsel for Mr. Harinath Ram, ld. Counsel for the Appellant.

5. In view of the averments made in the application and the statements made above hereinabove, the judgment dated 2nd July, 2024 shall reflect in 15:45 the appearance that Mr. Harinath Ram, ld. Counsel has appeared along with the ld. Counsel Mr. D.B. Goswami, as advocates for the Appellant. Ordered accordingly.
