02.02.2010 Defendants LA.No.1223/2010 The present joint application requests the Court to record the compromise that resolves the inter se disputes between the parties. The terms ofcompromise are set out in paragraph 4 & 5 of the application; it is supported by the plaintiffs authorized representative's affidavit and the affidavit ofthe power of attorney holder of defendant
No.l, who also is the Manager (Accounts) of the second defendant company. The
Special Power of Attorney executed in this regard as well as extracts of the Board's
Resolution ofthe second defendant company is annexed to the application.
In view ofthe averments made in the application and submissions ofthe parties, the Court is ofthe opinion that it requires to be allowed.
LA.No.1223/2010 is,therefore,allowed.
