JUDGMENT

1. Appellant was called to appear in a written test conducted by Delhi Police for recruitment of constable/driver in Delhi Police. Instead of appearing himself in the said examination, he sent coaccused Vivekanand Pandey to appear by impersonating as petitioner. This was arranged through a middle man Randhir who is resident of Patna.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent contends that other such incidents have been noticed and some gang appears to be behind it. He further submits that custodial interrogation is required to unearth such racket.

3. In view of above, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2010:DHC:6889 r
