For the last eight months petitioner is evading his arrest, in the meanwhile he filed successive application before the sessions court. One application was even filed in this Court, seeking anticipatory bail. Matter was sent to Mediation Center but to no effect. Later this application was dismissed as withdrawn.
Keeping in mind serious allegations in the FIR, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Dismissed.
