Vo O9.O3.2O1O
Two petitions, one under Section I25 of the Code of Criminal
Procedure for grant of maintenance and the other under Section 23 of
Domestic Violence Act, are pending before two different Courts. The grievance of the petitioner is that neither any order for interim maintenance has been passed in her application for interim ord.ers filed under Section L25 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, nor has her petition under Section 23 of Domestic Violence Act been decided. The learned counsel for respondent No.2 states that the petitioner has already been granted interim maintenance by Matrimonial Court, which has since been revised from Rs.3,000l- per month to Rs.5,000/- per month.
