1. This petition is in the nature of an application under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, for extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal presently in seisin of the disputes between the parties. The mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is stated to have expired on 11 June 2024.

2. Ms. Mahima Ahuja, learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection to the prayer.

3. Accordingly, the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal, presently in seisin of the disputes between the parties, shall stand O.M.P. (Misc) (Comm) 491/2024 extended by six months from today.

4. The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. IA 32364/2024 (exemption)
