On the last date of hearing, none was present on behalf of the petitioner. It was observed that notice could not issue to the respondent as the process fee was not filed. The petitioner was birected to file fresh process fee for effecting service on the respondent, returnable for today.
The process fee has not been filed till date. Nor is the petitioner represented. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present petition. The same is, therefore, dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
