JUDGMENT
In view of judgments of this court in Shaw Wallace Breweries Ltd. Vs. Him Neel Breweries Ltd.; 133 (2006) DLT 153 and U.P. State Spinning Company Ltd. Vs. T.T. Ltd. & Anr.; 141 (2007) DLT 83, I consider that the petition deserves admission. The petition is admitted. Notice of the petition be issued to the respondent, returnable for 5th August, 2010.
