After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition and states that he shall move an application before the civil court for de-sealing of the property in terms ofjudgments of the Supreme Court and High Courts. Permission is granted.

In case the petitioner files any application before the civil court, the same will be decided in accordance with law.
