The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the past history of this dispute where the petitioner had approached this
Court earlier vide WP(C) No.7313/2009, the representation of the petitioner dated 04.09.2009 is still pending consideration.
Learned counsel for the Respondent No. 1 submits that the records relating to the petitioner society are with the CBI and that is impeding the disposal of the representation.
We, thus, direct that the Registrar, Cooperative Societies should approach the CBI with a request for scrutiny of the record and the CBI will allow access to the Registrar in respect of the complete record to facilitate earlier disposal of the representation. The CBI will make available the records within 10 days of the Registrar approaching the CBI and the Registrar will dispose of the representation within a period of 45 days thereafter.
The petition accordingly stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
