ORDER a/o 15.04'2010 The present joint application (CM No.6767/2010) is filed by the parties stating inter alia that the parties have arrived at a settlement, whereunder both the parties have agreed to setile all their disputes, subject matter of the present petition. The petitioner/tenant has given an undertaking to vacate the suit premises on or before 31.3.2011 and hand over vacant peaceful possession o thereof to the respondent/landlady. It has been undertaken by the petitioner/tenant

Both the parties are present in Court, along with their respective counsels. The petitioner confirms that the terms.and conditions of the setlement as contained in the application and th6 affidavit containing the undertaking, enclosed with the application, have been duly explained to him by his counsel and he has understood the same and shall abide by the same.
! In view of the submissions made by the parties and their respective counsels, the present application is allowed. The settlement is taken on record. The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement. There shall be no or$ers as to costs'
The petition is disposed of, along with the pending applications. t t
