JUDGMENT

3. This is a petition under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal, presently in seisin of the disputes between the parties, which is stated to have expired on 27 May 2024.

4. Extension of the Arbitral Tribunal’s mandate till 31 January 2025 is sought. OMP (Misc) (Comm) 529/2024

5. Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection.

6. Accordingly, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal shall stand extended till 31 January 2025.

7. The petition is allowed accordingly.
