JUDGMENT

1. This is a petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal which is in seisin of the disputes between the parties.

2. The mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is stated to have expired on 21 June 2024. Extension of six months is sought.

3. Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection. Accordingly, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal stands extended by OMP (Misc) (Comm) 527/2024 six months from today.

4. The petition is allowed to the aforesaid extent.
