JUDGMENT

1. Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

2. The applications are disposed of. O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 573/2024

3. This is a petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal, which was in seisin of the disputes between the parties. OMP (Misc)(Comm). 573/2024

4. The mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is stated to have expired on 31 July 2024.

5. Learned Counsel for the respondents has no objection to the grant of extension as sought.

6. As such, as sought by the Counsel, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by period of ten days from today, as it is stated that the award of the Arbitral Tribunal is ready for pronouncement.

7. The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
