JUDGMENT

1. This is a petition under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, for extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal which was in seisin of the disputes between the parties. The mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is stated to have expired on 16 July

2024.

2. The matter is stated to have been reserved for passing of the award.

3. Accordingly, as sought, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal stands extended by six months with effect from 16 July 2024.

4. The petition stands allowed accordingly.
