JUDGMENT

1. Ms. Raveena Rai, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submits that by order dated 1 April 2024 passed in Arb. P. 8/2024, the Supreme Court has appointed an arbitrator to arbitrate on the dispute between the parties.

2. An application has also been filed by the petitioner under Section 17 of The Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 before the learned Arbitrator.

3. As such, she seeks permission to withdraw this petition. However, she points out that there is an interim order of protection granted in this petition.

4. In the interests of equity, the interim order shall remain in O.M.P.(I) (COMM.) 266/2023 operation, however, pending and subject to further orders to be passed by the learned Arbitrator on the Section 17 Application filed by the petitioner.

5. The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
