JUDGMENT

1. Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

2. The application is disposed of. O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 548/2024

3. This petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (“the 1996 Act”) for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal, who is presently in seisin of the disputes between the parties. The mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal has expired on 30 June 2024.

4. Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection. OMP (Misc) (Comm) 548/2024

5. Accordingly, the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal shall stand extended by six months from today.

6. The petition stands allowed in the aforesaid terms.
