The present petition is filed by the petitioner praying inter alia for setting aside order dated 05.07.2010 passed by learned Special
Judge, NDPS, New Delhi dis-allowing the petitioner from going to
Afghanistan.
Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings for permission to go to Afghanistan and grant of exit visa from FRRO. Leave as prayed for, is granted.
The petition is dismissed, as withdrawn.
