JUDGMENT

1. Mr. Saurav Agarwal, learned Counsel for the respondent points out that the award in this case stands reserved.

2. As such, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this appeal, which is directed against the interim order passed by the Arbitral Tribunal, reserving liberty with the petitioner to take up all the grounds urged in this appeal, in the event that the award is against the petitioner and the petitioner is advised to challenge it under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, at that stage.
