JUDGMENT

1. This is a petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (“the 1996 Act”) seeking extension of the mandate of learned Arbitral Tribunal which was in seisin of the dispute between the parties and which is stated to have expired on 25 July 2024.

2. Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection.

3. Accordingly, the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal shall stand extended by a period of six months w.e.f. 25 July 2024.

4. The petition stands allowed in the aforesaid terms.
