JUDGMENT

1. Learned counsel for the parties submit ad idem that, as an arbitrator has been appointed to arbitrate on the dispute between the parties, this petition may be treated as an application under Section 17 of the 1996 Act with a direction to the learned Arbitrator to dispose of the application in accordance with law, maintaining the interim order passed by this Court on 9 April 2024, subject to further orders to be passed by the learned Arbitrator.

2. The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
