JUDGMENT

1. This is a petition for appointment of substitute arbitrator to arbitrate on the dispute between the parties, as the earlier arbitrator, who was dealing with the matter, unfortunately expired.

2. Ms. Tanya Agarwal, learned Counsel for the respondents, has no objection.

3. Accordingly, this Court appoints Ms. Prem Lata Bansal, Senior Advocate (Tel: 9811558194) as the arbitrator to arbitrate on the dispute.

4. The arbitration shall take place under the aegis of the DIAC. ARB. P. 451/2024

5. The fees of the learned arbitrator shall be as per the schedule of fees fixed by the DIAC.

6. The learned arbitrator shall proceed from the stage at which the proceedings stand today.

7. The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

8. All rights and contentions of the parties shall remain open to be agitated in the arbitral proceedings.
