02.11.2010 This petition has been filed on behalf ofthe accused persons seeking quashing of
FIR No.51/2009, P.S. Kanjhawala under Sections 147/148/149/323/325/452/506/34 IPG on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties.
There were three injured persons namely Anoop, Ramesh and Rajender. All of them are present and have been enquired about the compromise. They submitted that they have compromised the matter.
In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, this FIR No.51/2009, P.S. Kanjhawala underSections 147/148/149/323/325/452/506/34 is hereby quashed and all the proceedings arisingtherefrom are also quashed.
