JUDGMENT

1. This is a petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 for extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal, which is scheduled to expire on 13 August 2024.

2. Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection.

3. Accordingly, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal stands extended by a period of one year with effect from 13 August 2024.

4. The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
