1. The decree holder seeks leave to withdraw these petitions as the parties are settling the dispute, with liberty to re-approach the court in case any dispute survives for consideration.
2. Accordingly, the petitions are disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
3. The documents relating to the decree holder’s properties which have been deposited with this Court shall be released to the decree holder.
4. The next date already fixed in the matters i.e. 15 October 2024 shall stand cancelled.
