25.11.2010 ..... Respondent The learned counsel for the petitioner in the morning stated that his client would come after lunch and would bring the money, although not full amount.
Now it is stated by the counsel for the petitioner at 2.15 pm that he has no instructions.
In view of above submissions, the petition is hereby dismissed. The petitioner be taken into custody and be sent to jail to serve the sente ce awarded.
The SHO of police station Dwarka is directed to arrest the petitioner in jail.
