12.11.2010 Counsel for the decree holder states that only yesterday the judgment debtor has tendered a cheque for Rs.8,32,859/-. He submits that the said cheque repays the balance amount towards full satisfaction of the decree. However, he submits that the cheque has been accepted subject to realisation. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of as satisfied subject to encashment of the cheque tendered by the judgment debtor.
