Petitioners and respondent No. 2 were having friendly relations.
On some trivial issue, a quarrel took place between them, which led to the registration of the present FIR under Sections 4521323134 IPC at police station Tilak Nagar. Now, parties have resolved their differences, inasmuch as they want to maintain harmonious relations in future. Respondent No. 2 is present in the Court and has no objection, if the FIR in question is quashed.
Keeping in mind the above facts and in the larger interest, I quash the FIR No. 164 l2OL0 under Sections 452 I 323 I 34 IPC registered at police station Tilak Nagar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom.
