1. All the Respondents have been served. The short prayer in this application is thatthis Court may clarify its order dated 16^^ April2010and consolidate the two suits. There is no objection expressed by counsel for Respondent No.1. 2010:DHC:15636 It>
V. Amit Gupta' and 102/2009 titled as 'M.R. Garg v. Smt. Manjari Gupta' will be consolidated and the trial court will proceed on that basis in accordance with law. It is further clarified that consolidated issues will have to be framed in both the suits.
2. The application is disposed of.
