ORDER

29 October, 2010 whereby the application of the complainant under Section 91 and 311 Or. P.O. was allowed and the complainant was permitted to withdraw certain documents from record. The Trial Court after considering that these documents could be allowed to be withdrawn, allowed the application. The order is purely inter-locutory in nature, does not affect the right of the accused during trial at all. Withdrawal of some documents by the complainant in any case cannot go against the accused. Allowing of certain additional evidence by the court is also an interlocutory order Section 311 Cr. P.C. Ifind no reason to interfere with the order. The petition is dismissed.
