22.12.2010 This petition has been filed solely to reduce cost imposed by the trial court for adjournment. Normally such petitions are not entertain but in this case the petitioners have been able to show that there was genuine cause for non appearance. Although, medical report in support of the adjournment was produced before the concerned trial court later on, the cost imposed by the trial court was not reduced.
In these circumstances, the cost is reduced to Rs. 30.000/- instead of Rs.
55,000/-. Both petitions are disposed of.
