Petitioner seeks quashing of FIR 327/2007 under Sections
307/34 IPG qua him in view of the settlement arrived at between him and respondent no.2. It may be noted here that FIR, with regard to other three accused, has already been quashed in view of the said settlement. In terms of the settlement, petitioner has also paid a sum of ^10,000/- to respondent no.2, who is brother of respondent no.3.
In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, in larger interest, FIR No. 327/2007 under Sections 307/34 IPG registered at
Police Station Dr. Ambedkar N^r and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed qua the petitioner also.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
