1. This is an execution petition under Order XXI of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908 (CPC) seeking execution of a judgment and decree dated 27 April 2022 passed by this Court in CS(OS) 2060/2012.

2. Mr. Sachdeva, learned Counsel for the decree holder, submits that, of the decretal amount, an amount of ₹ 41,000/- remains to be paid by the judgment debtors.

3. Mr. Rawal, learned Counsel for the judgment debtors, submits, on instructions, that his client would pay the remaining amount of ₹ 41,000/- to the decree holder within a period of two weeks from today. EX.P. 63/2022

4. Mr. Sachdeva, learned Counsel for the decree holder, submits that in that event, recording the statement of learned Counsel for the judgment debtors, this petition may be disposed of.

5. Accordingly, this execution petition is disposed of and the respondents shall remain bound by the statement made by Mr. Rawal in court today.

6. Pending applications also stand disposed of accordingly.
