This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No. 172/2008 filed under Section 498A/406/34 IPG registered at Police Station Hari Nagar on the ground that compromise has been affected amongst them.
The complainant is present in person in the Court today and is identified by W/ASI Sushila. She acknowledges the terms of compromise and states that she has received the amount of compensation. She further states that she does not want to prosecute the criminal case against the petitioner and submits that the petition be allowed.

2010:DHC:9141 Accordingly, the petition is allowed and FIR No. 172/2008 registered at police station Hari Nagar, Delhi under Sections 498A/406/34 IPG and the consequential proceedings arising therefrom qua the petitioners Is hereby quashed.
