Respondents No.5 to 7 submit that they accept the marriage between petitioner No.1 and 2 and they neither intimidated the petitioners nor caused any harm to them. They give an undertaking to this Court that they will not indulge in any act, directly or indirectly, to cause any harm to the petitioners or their family members. ln view of this undertaking given by respondents No. 5 to 7 , learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw this petition. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
Respondents shall be bound by their undertaking. This is, however, made clear that in the event of any threat to the petitioners from the side of respondents No.5 to 7 and on their approaching the SHO concerned
