Counsel for the parties state that the matter in dispute has been finally settled between the parties due to the intervention of the Mediation & Conciliation Cell of
Delhi High Court. Counsel further submit that the settlement agreement dated 7.12.2010 has been executed between the parties. Counsel also submit that the original copy of the settlement agreement is on the record of the
Mediation Cell. Photo copy of the same has been produced by the parties in the Court.
In terms of the settlement agreement the appellant has agreed to accept the

and decree dated 21.07.20L0 passed by the learned trial court.
Counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has agreed to pay a total sum of Rs.1,45,0001- to the appellant towards all her material claims inclusive of past, present and future maintenance and stridhan etc. The parties
2010:DHC:11656 t have also stated that the appellant has already received an \ amount of Rs. 50,000/- in cash from the respondent and the balance amount shall be paid by the respondent in terms of the settlement agreement dated 7.L2.20L0. The parties have also agreed that the appellant shall withdraw the case filed by the appellant under the Domestic Violence Act and shall render full cooperation in getting the FIR No.
15312010 quashed. Counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw the present appeal in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties.
The present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement agreement dated Z.ti.ZOtO. , ,'t'I
