Complainant is landlord of co-accused Om Prakash. It is alleged that Om Prakash along with Mandeep Taneja, Sandeep, petitioner and certain other persons had come to the tenanted premises on 8^^
December, 2010 and asked him to sell the tenanted premises to him.
When complainant refused to do so all of them gave beatings to him and took away 35-36 sewing machines lying in the factory of the complainant.
Co-accused Om Prakash and Mandeep Taneja have already been granted anticipatoiy bail while accused Sandeep has been granted regular bail by the Trial Court.
Keeping in mind totality of the circumstances. It is ordered that in case of arrest petitioner be released on bail, subject to furnishing personal bond in the sum of ?10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. However, petitioner shall
2011:DHC:8624 cooperate in the investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer as and when he is called upon to do so.
