ORDER o/o L0.L2.2010 on 26.10.2010, counsel for petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not pressing the petition on merits and petitioner may be given some time to vacate the premises and respondent had stated that he has .no objection if petitioner is granted time till 25.0L.201-2 to vacate the premises in question, Today also the same thingj has been reiterated. ln view of the statement given by counsel for both the parties, the present petition as well as pending application stand disposed of. Petitioner has filed an undertaking to vacate the premises in question. Copy has already been sUpplied to the counsel for respondent who has not stated anything to the contrary. 2010:DHC:13052 itr petitioner is accepted. Petitioner shall remain bound by the terms of undertaking. The respondent shall not execute the eviction order till 25.01 .2012.
A sum of t 5100/- is handed over by Sh. Harvinder Singh, son of respondent today in court in cash towards rent of the tenanted premises up to 25.01 .2012.
The petition stands disposed of.
