On the complaint of petitioner regarding theft of Maruti 800
Car bearing no. UP-16A-2429, FIR in question was registered against the respondent no.2. It is submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties. It appears that petitioner had filed Crl. M.C. 1930/2009 in this Court. During the pendency of said case parties have compromised the matter. In view of the compromise Crl.M.C.No.1930I2009 already been withdrawn by the petitioner on 9th December, 2010. Respondent no.2 has alr~ady paid a sum of ~45,000 I- to the petitioner towards full and final settlement of au his claims.
In view of above, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served in compelling the parties to continue to litigate a protracted
' trial. Accordingly, in the larger interest, FIR 6812006 under
Sections 379I 411 IPC registered at Police Station Rohini and
2010:DHC:9155 consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of this order be given to both the parties Dasti.
