18.01.2011 This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No. 352 of 2010, u/Section 363 IPG, P.S. New Usman Pur. The girl, who was allegedly abducted, has married the abductor, the petitioner. It is stated by counsel for the petitioner that the girl had eloped with the petitioner and later on she married him. Considering these facts, the petition is allowed. FIR No. 352 of
2010, u/Section 363 IPG, P.S. New Usman Pur and all proceedings emanating there from are hereby quashed.
