JUDGMENT

1. This is a petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,1996 (the 1996 Act) for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal, which is stated to have expired on 22 August 2024.

2. Extension of one and a half month is sought. Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection.

3. Accordingly, the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal shall stand extended by a period of one and a half month from today.

4. This petition stands allowed accordingly.
