2. In view of the fact that the Petitioner has been granted statutory bail by this Court vide Judgment dated 28.08.2024 passed in CRL.M.C. 4847/2024, the present bail application has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the bail application is disposed of as having become infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
