JUDGMENT

3. This is a petition under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996[1] for extension of the mandate of the arbitrator “the 1996 Act”, hereinafter OMP(MISC.)(COMM.) 673/2024 in seisin of the disputes between the parties.

4. It is stated that the mandate of the learned arbitrator had expired on 31 August 2024.

5. The learned Counsel for the respondents has no objection.

6. Accordingly, the mandate of the learned arbitrator stands extended by six months from 31 August 2024.

7. The petition stands allowed in the aforesaid terms.
