JUDGMENT

1. This is a petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996[1] for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal, which was in seisin of the dispute between the parties.

2. The mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal is stated to be expiring on 11 September 2024.

3. Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection.

4. Accordingly, the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal stands extended by a period of six months from today. OMP(MISC)(COMM) 679/2024

5. The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
