3. This is a petition under Section 29(A) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996[1] for extension of the mandate of the arbitrator in seisin of the disputes between the parties. “the 1996 Act”, hereinafter

5. The learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection.

6. Accordingly, the mandate of the learned arbitrator stands extended by two months from 1 September 2024.
