JUDGMENT
1. Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions.
2. Applications are disposed of. O.M.P. (MISC.) (COMM.) 686/2024, O.M.P. (MISC.) (COMM.) 688/2024, O.M.P. (MISC.) (COMM.) 689/2024
3. These petitions under Section 29A(4) and 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996[1] for extension of the mandate of the arbitrator in seisin of the disputes between the parties.
4. It is stated that the mandate of the learned arbitrator has expired on 31 August 2024.
5. The learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection.
6. Accordingly, the mandate of the learned arbitrator stands extended by six months from 31 August 2024.
7. The petitions are allowed in the aforesaid terms.
