JUDGMENT
1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner for substitution of the arbitrator who was in seisin of the disputes between the parties and who has recused from the proceedings.
2. Accordingly, this Court appoints Mr. Chetan Sharma, Senior Advocate (Tel: 9810010757) as the arbitrator to arbitrate on the disputes between the parties.
3. The arbitration shall take place under the aegis of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre[1] and shall abide by its rules and regulations. “the DIAC”, hereinafter O.M.P. (T) (COMM.) 92/2024
4. The arbitrator shall be entitled to charge fees as per the schedule of fees maintained by the DIAC.
5. The arbitration shall continue from the stage at which it presently is at the time of recusal by the earlier learned arbitrator.
6. The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
