JUDGMENT

1. Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions.

2. Applications are disposed of.

3. This is a petition under Section 29A(4) and 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996[1] for extension of the mandate of the arbitrator in seisin of the disputes between the parties.

4. It is stated that the mandate of the learned arbitrator would expire on 9 October 2024. “the 1996 Act”, hereinafter

6. Accordingly, the mandate of the learned arbitrator stands extended by nine months from 9 October 2024.
