JUDGMENT

1. This is a petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996[1], for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator, who was in seisin of the disputes between the parties.

2. The mandate of the learned Arbitrator is stated to have expired on 16 August 2024.

3. Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection.

4. Accordingly, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator stands extended by one year. It will be treated as continuing from 16 August “the 1996 Act”, hereinafter AN HARI SHANKAR 21:57 Signing Date:15.09.2024 21:58 O.M.P. (MISC.)(COMM.) 725/2024
