JUDGMENT

1. The above said matter has been placed on the basis of an office note.

2. This petition was disposed of yesterday and the parties were directed to appear before the Court of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, South-West District on 24.09.2024 at 2:00 pm. But it seems that due to some typographical error, the words “Principal District & Sessions Judge” have been mentioned as “Principal & Sessions Judge” and the date has been recorded as “24.07.2024” instead of “24.09.2024”.

3. It is clarified that in para 16, the designation of the concerned Court would be read as “Principal District & Sessions Judge, South- West District” and the date would be read as 24.09.2024 instead of 24.07.2024.

4. This order be also uploaded as corrigendum to order dated 17.09.2024.
